HOW do WE HELP NDIS PARTICIPANTS WITH THEIR NDIS PLAN?

Monarch Support Coordinators meet with you in Adelaide, or remotely if you prefer, to walk you through and help you understand your NDIS Plan and what each area of funding can be used for.

If you don't have enough funding for support, we have the expertise to organise a re-assessment of variations of your NDIS Plan. 

We can help you learn to navigate My Gov and the My Place Portal. 

We listen and ask questions, helping the participant to identify what they want from services. 

We will design support solutions and work with you to formulate a plan on how you need and want to spend your NDIS Plan funding to meet your goals.

You may not be certain what you need or want, so we engage exceptional providers to help determine your precise support needs. 

We use our networks and research to source the right providers for you personally. Together we can interview service providers and negotiate service agreements, ensuring you get the best value for money and prevent overspending of your Plan. 

We work closely with Occupational Therapists and Allied Health professionals to ensure reports and letters of recommendation will gain the best outcomes for you when your plan is due for review or if a re- assessment is required. 

Work with you to identify and consider support options, and link you to the broader systems of supports. Assist you to build the knowledge, experience and connections with the community and broader systems of support.

Our Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches are here to work alongside you to overcome any barriers preventing you from reaching your goals. We assist in preparing for moments of crisis and develop your capacity and your network's capacity for when the unexpected occurs. 

We document your progress towards your goals, preparing thorough and detailed reports.  We spend time with you, pre-planning for your NDIS Plan Review and can attend plan review meetings with you, in person wherever possible.
