 Liz is a Specialist Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach, with a vision for a more inclusive society. 

Liz is experienced in supporting adults and children with a wide range of disabilities. Liz provides person-centered and trauma-informed support, enhanced by her lived experience of mental health and neurodivergence. Liz excels in bringing together a supportive team that’s just right for you, while empowering participants to navigate the intricacies of the NDIS.

Her professional journey spans diverse fields such as Education, Management and Administration. A lifelong learner, Liz achieved Master of Teaching at The University of Melbourne and is currently working towards a Masters in Mental Health. 

Liz has an extensive background as a teacher, passionate about inclusion. Through this experience, she worked closely with young people with disability, their families and allied health professionals to determine and implement learning adjustments in the school environment that would enable students to thrive. These experiences inspired Liz to pursue a career in disability support services, assisting families to access the NDIS support that their children require. 

With her combined experiences, heart for people and commitment to professional development, Liz is here to make paths smoother, more fulfilling, and aligned with the life you envision for yourself and loved ones.

Cristie is a Support Coordinator who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those she supports.
 

Known for her thoroughness and dedication, Cristie leaves no detail overlooked when coordinating your support. Her commitment extends beyond the ordinary, driven by a deeply held belief that people with disability should be able to access the support that they need. 

Cristie is not just a hard worker; she's a compassionate soul dedicated to making a difference. Her commitment to going above and beyond expectations is evident in every aspect of her work. Whether it's advocating for better services, ensuring access to resources, or simply being a reliable point of contact, Cristie is there, giving her all.

With a Certificate III in Individual Support, she brings formal qualifications and professional experience that are complemented by a wealth of lived experience. Cristie not only understands the intricacies of support but also empathises on a personal level, providing person- centred and trauma informed support, drawing from her own family's journey with disability and neurodivergence.
